Biography[]
Andie was born in Little Kilton to Jason and Dawn Bell of the prestigious Bell family. She is the older sister of Becca. Andie's partying ways later in life made their already domineering father all that more strict. The Bell sisters leaned on each other for support to get one another through their difficult home life. Andie's close friends - Natalie da Silver, Naomi Ward, Emma Hutton, Sal Singh, and Max Hastings - helped Andie defy the strict rules put on her. Andie had many boyfriends or flings in her high school years, one of which included a "Secret Older Guy" that she confided in Nat and Emma about. They didn't know his real identity as Andie's high school English teacher Elliot Ward. They had an affair while Andie was 17, though it didn't last long, as she ended things to be with Sal.
Sal and Andie were madly in love and everyone around them knew it. They secretly wanted to escape Little Kilton and Jason Bell, but needed money to do it. She tried to blackmail Elliot into paying her off, but he refused to pay so she began selling drugs to students in school. She stashed her pills in a teddy bear under her bed. Sal didn't approve of the drugs and thought they could find the funds another way. This led to them arguing in the weeks up to her death. One night, Becca attended a calamity party where she was drugged and raped. She told Andie about the assault, but Andie refused to go with her to the police because she sold the attacker the drugs he used to rape Becca. This news put a wedge between the sisters.
Jason found Andie's funds and confiscated them, which sent Andie into a spiral on the 19th of April, 2019. Sal assured her they would come up with the money another way. That night, she made a last attempt to blackmail Elliot into giving her five thousand pounds. He refused which made her upset, so she physically attacked him. He pushed her off and she hit her head on the countertop. He left to call the paramedics, but she was gone when he returned. A concussed Andie walked back to her home and rang the bell, which Becca answered. They spoke in the kitchen about Andie's desire to leave that night, which upset Becca as they were a team against their father. She still harbored resentment for Andie not going to the police about the rape. As the sisters fought, Becca pushed Andie into a wall. Andie was already injured, so the second blow proved deadly. Becca watched her sister die on the kitchen floor. She then stole Andie's car and drove it out of town, went to a cave, and put Andie's body in a grate.
Andie was reported missing the next day, and Sal was the top suspect in her disappearance. He denied the allegations, but seemingly killed himself a few weeks later after texting his brother a confession to the crime. This was orchestrated by Elliot Ward, who believed he killed Andie that night.

Sal was Andie’s serious boyfriend who she loved very much. She wanted to be with him, but her father disapproved of the relationship because he was a brown boy. This didn't deter the two lovers, who decided to run away together so they could build lives for themselves. They were devoted to one another, despite not being physically intimate, something Sal wanted to wait before doing. While some believed this was a contentious point in their relationship, it wasn't. They trusted one another and rarely fought. When Sal learned Andie was dealing drugs to make enough money to escape, he asked her to quit, but she refused as she needed to be away from her father. Sal was vehemently against drugs, and her friends knew they were fighting, but assumed it was over a secret older guy that Andie slept with. Andie's father discovered her funds and confiscated them so she couldn't leave. She came to school emotional, and Sal soothed her anxieties in a quiet classroom, promising to find another way to leave in the morning. Unfortunately for both of them, that never happened, as Andie was murdered that night. Sal was a suspect in her murder despite swearing to his innocence. After a rocky investigation, Sal seemingly overdosed in the woods after texting his brother Ravi a confession. The entire town believed Sal murdered Andie for five years, until Ravi and Pippa Fitz-Amobi proved him innocent, and exposed the truth about both their murders.
