Biography[]
A Good Girl's Guide To Murder[]
Naomi is participating in Pippa's EPQ about her dead best friend and his girlfriend. During her first interview with Pippa, she describes her version of what happened during the time Andie disappeared. Second time she speaks about how Andie bullied Natalie da Silva, a girl she was in biology class with. Due to some inconsistencies in her and Max Hastings (another friend) versions she becomes a suspect in Andie Bell's murder. Eventually, it is revealed the reason for those inconsistencies was that Naomi, Max and other two friends (Millie and Jake) didn't cover up for Sal by giving him an alibi because he asked them to but they lied about him asking them to change the time when he went out of the house, they lied because they were being blackmailed by Elliot Ward who knew about the hit and run they got away with and threatened to tell the police about it if they wont lie about Sal's alibi, which framed Sal for Andie's murder. Cara Ward pleads for Pip to cover it up and not take away her sister and Pip agrees, letting Naomi (and Max) off the hook. It was revealed Elliot knew about the hit and run from Naomi's diary that he used to check in secret to make sure Naomi doesn't want to hurt herself or others.
At the end of the book it is revealed that Elliot Ward was one of Andie's killers, sending him to jail and Naomi is left to live with her grandparents and sister Cara.
Naomi's (and Cara's) mother died when she was ten, leaving only three portraits before her death.
Good Girl, Bad Blood[]
Naomi is seen texting Pip after Max Hastings, her former friend, was found innocent in court despite assaulting multiple girls, including Nat da Silva and Becca Bell. She feels disgusted with how his family bragged about it. She is also shown to join search party for Jamie Reynolds as well as being present on a celebration when he came back.
As Good As Dead[]
She is seen hanging out at cafe with Pippa and others as she suggests telling the police about the hit and run to get Max in trouble, even if she would get in trouble herself. Pippa however declines this. She is also involved in helping Pippa cover up murder of her kidnapper and serial killer Jason Bell, although unknowingly.
Physical Appearance[]
Naomi is a young woman with pale skin and blonde hair on which she was seen having a peach ombre.
Personality[]
Naomi is described as kind, sensitive and grounded but also troubled emotionally. She struggled with anxiety and depression and went to therapy after her mother died when she was ten. She appeared to feel heavy guilt from betraying her deceased best friend and secret crush Sal Singh by lying about his alibi. She was the first to open up about what happened with Nat da Silva and eventually even the hit and run Naomi and her friends caused. She owned up to her part in causing the hit and run even if she wasn't the one behind the wheel. She is also shown to be quite intelligent, covering up the hit and run as well as telling believable story about Sal's alibi despite being under stress.
